Happy Birthday To Me!!!!!
Today I am 45 years old and I am doing all the things I love. I'm going to ride my bike, work out with my trainer, get a massage, have a romantic lunch with my husband, grab the kids from school, go swimming and dress up and go out for dinner then back to eat the brownie birthday dessert the kids made me! Could it be better? I'm NOT counting calories, or writing anything down in my diary...just enjoying the day.
