Should you be sore or in more pain after an adjustment?

In about 80% of the cases, patients will generally feel better after a Chiropractic adjustment. That leaves 20% who will get sore after an adjustment. Getting sore is dependent on each person. The worse you are, the more likely you will be sore. Same for going to the gym for a workout. If it is the first time you have been to a personal trainer and lifted weights, then you might have a difficult time moving the next day. And if no one told you that you might be sore, you might be worried that something is wrong.

Chiropractic is a physical treatment and the worse you are the more likely you might be sore. So be sure to talk to your Chiropractor if you are sore so that they can further evaluate what will help you get better faster.
